Diet & Nutrition You will be given diet and nutrition recomendations scientifically formulated to your specific goals. Every 3-4 weeks variables will be changed to combat any adaptations that your body may make to your existing plan. Specific supplements will be suggested during key phases of the plan.

Progress Tracking Your millimeters (% bodyfat) and bodyweight will be tracked and graphed out to illustrate progress and guide what changes need to be made to your existing diet and supplementation program
| Posing & Workout Plans Individual and group posing sessions will be held on a weekly basis to insure a perfect presentation. Writen workout programs, one on one and group workouts are also available for additional guidance.
