Our contest preparation philosophy can be summed up with the following:

DEA
  • Discipline: This can also be named "DESIRE!" Mental and physical discipline is where it starts in every realm. Our athletes do not complain about their energy being low for attention, they do not miss meals, miss workouts, make excuses, whine, complain or do anything else negative. They win gracefully and exert the emotional discipline to remain positive if they don't win.
  • Execution: This is where it all starts. You can have the best diet and training program in the state; if it is not executed FLAWLESSLY then you are not on any plan at all. Those that fail to follow the plan; plan to fail. Our plan works 100% of the time. Our champions execute it flawlessly from square one; day in and day out they never cheat, never miss the grams, always give 100% effort.
  • Accountability: We produce results; we produce top 5 placing. SETT produces winners! We are professional with our clients at all times holding our athletes to a very high standard, we expect nothing less than their best. Our athletes represent the team in their actions, results, and positive attitude toward the sport. We do not expect anything more from our athletes than what we give them and HAVE DONE OURSELVES. We hold our athletes positively accountable by providing as much media exposure as possible. We have created an environment that is supportive and encouraging but also offers constructive feedback for those who are not putting their best effort into flawless execution.

The Open
This plan is designed for those with a good knowledge of contest preparation and nutrition but would like to fine tune their nutrition plan and optimize their placing.
Prerequisites FOR THIS PLAN:
  • Possess a high desire to succeed and follow a plan from start to finish
  • Must be proficient in basic email and excel usage
  • Proficient with any food tracking software (Fit Day, Calorie King, etc)
  • Positive team oriented attitude
Includes:
  • Detailed gram suggestions for training and non training days, including advanced spread sheet for daily tracking
  • Daily and unlimited email correspondence and program review
  • Monthly meetings & measurements
  • Weekly group posing sessions
  • Unlimited re-formulations
  • Detailed suggestion on advanced supplementation

The Pro-Card
This is the best plan for those with extensive pre contest experience and an excellent knowledge of nutrition, looking for nutrient guidance but completely comfortable building meals and matching macro nutrient recommendations. This program uses advanced concepts such as caloric partitioning, CHO cycling, and advanced supplementation concepts.
Prerequisites FOR THIS PLAN:
  • Possess a high desire to succeed and follow a plan from start to finish
  • Proficient with basic email and excel usage
  • Proficient with any food tracking software (Fit Day, Calorie King, etc)
  • Must be starting at or below 10% body fat percent for males, 19% for females
  • Highly recommended that the athlete is already or plans on working with one of the contest preparation trainers as the diet and exercise protocol compliment each other.
Includes:
  • A spread sheet with recommended gram breakdowns per meal
  • Weekly group posing sessions
  • Monthly meeting & measurements
  • Email guidance as necessary
  • Basic workout split to complement diet
  • Advanced supplement guidance
  • Guidance on optimal food sources

One On One Training & Periodised Program
For those who are looking for the "total package" to optimally dial in their physique one of the contest preparation trainers will periodise a complete program leading into the final week of your contest. Advanced techniques will be utilized to maximize strength, muscle growth, and muscle retention while losing bodyfat:
